## Narrative

DML Mechanic was under a truck installing a transmission with a 3/4"" drive pneumatic impact gun.  The impact socket slipped off the bolt head, came loose from the air gun, and fell down on the Mechanic's closed upper lip, chipping a tooth.  The Mechanic completed shift, visited the Medic, and was returned to normal duties.
