Employee was topping a crib bag underground, and when employee took a step back, awkwardly twisted left foot in a scoop rut. This incident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules and regulations; mine equipment or mining system; job skills and miner proficiency, training and attitude; or protective items relating to clothing, or protective devices on equipment.
