Narrative

Employees were at camp not at the mine, installing idler on dozer. After idler was in position, IE informed to EE IE was ready. EE repeated ready to IE to confirm. IE said ready again. EE yelled & signaled to IE to lower dozer. IE lowered dozer. Dozer lowered quickly and IE noticed a part moved & tried to grab it.
