Employee was using a grinder to cut on a belt cradle on the 4 West #2 Belt. When the grinding wheel made contact with the cradle, it ""kicked"" back & contacted employees left leg causing a laceration above EE's knee. The laceration required 4 sutures to close. Employee failed to maintain control of the grinder during use. Employee was wearing required PPE.
