Narrative

Employee was hanging 4"" waterline with another employee & felt pain in their ribs. EE worked the next scheduled shift, but the pain did not improve. EE reported for work the next day and was transported to a treatment facility by company truck and subsequently removed from work due to pain in the thoracic region of the back.
