## Narrative

A visiting GCC EE had exited a company Pickup truck and was walking to the Maintenance Shop entrance.  As EE was stepping up on to the sidewalk apron (approx. 6"" high) EE caught the toe of EE's boot on the sidewalk lip and fell forward.  The resulting impact of the fall fractured EE's right hip requiring surgery to repair the hip.
