## Narrative

Injured employee was walking toward a mantrip parked in a track spur when they stepped on a loose piece of rock/coal and felt something ""pop"" in the bottom of their right foot. Had pain, swelling and bruising in their foot. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training.
