Narrative

Injured employee and co-worker were lifting a belt impact cradle for installation at the 4 West #1 Belt Drive. When EE pulled up on one end, EE felt pain in the left bicep. Employee suffered a torn bicep muscle. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training and experience.
