## Narrative

While unloading belt press belt from a pick-up truck, the belt had been placed on the ground. The employee straddled the belt lying on the ground, bent over and placed both hands on the end of the belt to slide it along the ground. The employee stated felt a pop in the left shoulder while sliding the belt. EE's shoulder began hurting after feeling it pop.
