## Narrative

IE was getting ready to make the 2nd connection of rigging on the counter shaft of a MP 1250 crusher with EE's right hand placed on the counter shaft. Another employee was moving the trolley along the monorail and trolley fell off of the end of the monorail striking the IE on the right-hand ring finger causing a fracture.
