Employee was lifting a top belt cradle into position for installation and felt pain in EE's upper left arm. Employee returned to work EE's following shift on 9-25-23 but began missing on 9-26-23 after being examined by a different medical facility. EE is off work awaiting an MRI. No rules or regulations were violated and employee has training & experience.
