Narrative

Employee was walking to open a rail gate when EE tripped and in the process of regaining balance EE felt pain in left knee. Continued to work until pain levels increased. Seen Site medic, referred to ER, x-rays were negative, referred to orthopedic where restrictions were issued making this incident reportable
