Employee at back of Crew truck, turned and started to walk towards power pole. There was a small mound of soil and rocks in front of EE. As employee stepped over the mound, employee placed EE's foot on the far side of the mound, unbeknownst to EE, where a rock in the mound was located. The rock moved, EE lost balance and fell backwards, striking EE's head on Crew truck body.
