Narrative

Employee was putting a plate back on a hot box after cleaning the hot box and stepped on a rock and twisted knee. Following an MRI, it was determined that the employee suffered a meniscus tear that will be treated with surgery. Employer was unable to accommodate the restrictions dated 10/02/2023.
