Employee stated they had drilled a hole and was in the process of installing a 6' bolt when a piece of rock fell that measured 2"" x 18"" wide x 2"" thick striking them on the back. Employee missed on 07/22/2023 to seek medical observation. Being reported per citation #9559720 under protest to avoid any further action.
