Employee stated employee was operating the miner in #7 entry on Unit 3 when a piece of rock fell from the mine roof striking employee on right shoulder. The rock measured 21""x21""x2-9"" thick. Being reported per citation #9559717 under protest to avoid any further enforcement action.
