Narrative

The EE was working on the 5W Section. EE was back by the FCT Hopper, when a 6""x6""x3"" piece of the mine roof fell striking EE on the head and face. This caused a laceration to EE's lip. The EE received 6 stitches, and did not miss any scheduled shifts.
