Employee was putting up a truss bolt over EE's head and felt a pain in EE's right shoulder on 11/02/2021. EE went to the doctor receiving some treatments and never missed work continuing to do EE's regular job. EE started having pain with this same shoulder and was taken off of work on 10/18/2023 to have surgery.
