Narrative

Injured employee was attempting to open the 4W Track switch to park the mantrip. The switch lever was stiff to operate so employee was using their right foot to push on the handle to get it to open. When the handle ""broke over"", employee fell and twisted right knee. No rules or regulations were violated & employee has training/experience.
