Narrative

Employee leaned over the operators side of the bolter to get supplies and the operator did not see EE and trammed the bolter forward, causing the cat to contact the employees left foot resulting in a contusion. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
