## Narrative

The employee was walking a full 55-gallon drum onto a spill containment pallet from the forklift forks. The forks were positioned level with the pallet for ease of transfer. The employee felt no discomfort immediately following this task but felt discomfort shortly after. Prior to the incident the employee didn't feel any discomfort. The weight of the drum is approximately 400lbs.
