Narrative

Employee was driving a Service truck. The vehicle slid on the freshly formed ice covered road and rolled over and came to a rest back on the tires. The employee notified supervision and immediately shut down traffic around that location and coordinated the shutdown of all traffic. The incident became a recordable when the employee received restrictions on 12/18/23.
