Narrative

IE was pulling a piece of .125"" sheet metal to get into position to weld. The metal hit a bolt head and immediately stopped while IE was still pulling. IE felt a pop in arm. IE was eventually diagnosed with a minor biceps tendon tear and began physical therapy on 12/19.
