## Narrative

Employee stated they were in the warehouse looking for a failed hose for the 994. They walked under the portable stairs to look at the hoses hanging in the corner. When they went to exit that location, they stepped back under the stairs and tripped on the support bars of the stairs. This caused a spiral fracture to the right leg just above the ankle that required surgery.
