Narrative

Employee was working on disconnecting battery leads on a golf cart. EE's wrench touched the positive and negative leads resulting in a burn to the right pinky finger. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equipment/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
