Narrative

The employee was standing on the opposite side of the operator of the bolter on the left side of #3 unit. EE was at the back of the bolter next to the rear tire when the bolter trammed up aprox 6 "" and ran over EE's toes on EE's right foot. there were no bones broken. the employee did not start missing any work time until 01/02/2024
