Narrative

While changing a scoop tire, employee cut EE's right forearm on a metal burr, sustaining a 4"" long, 1/4"" wide laceration. EE received 8 staples and was fully cleared to return to work with no restrictions. EE resumed normal duties on EE's next shift, 1/10/2024. This is a Medical Reportable Only incident with no lost workdays.
