EE1 was assisting EE2 adjust head on oper. side. They were done adjusting head. EE1 told EE2 to lower head. EE1 verbally verified EE's hands are clear to EE 2. EE2 lowered head slowly about one foot when EE1 said ""Whoa Stop"". The long arm contacted EE1 left pinky and ring finger. EE2 started bolter up to free EE1 fingers that were pinched in canopy post and long arm.
