In the process of loading the last clean up car in the #3 entry on the left side of the cut. They positioned the miner cable on the rib and started loading the shuttle car. As employee was loading the car, a rock 40"" long, 8"" thick and 8"" wide fell from the roof at the left rib line and cantilevered back striking them in the head and back area.
