## Narrative

Employee was installing roof bolts on the left side of the CM. A piece of coal/rock fell out from the roof and struck employee on the back & neck. Employee finished installing the bolt & stepped away from the bolter station toward the rear of the CM. Another piece of coal fell from the roof, hit the rock deflector & then hit employee on the back as they were walking away.
