Employee was attempting to pull drive motor and gear box apart when bolt broke on detail and hit employee in the foot. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
