Employee was attempting to build a ventilation wall when they lost footing and part of the wall fell down. The employee was struck by a concrete block. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
