Narrative

Employee had locked and tagged out the crusher to adjust the curtain. The rotor was on the ""up-stroke"" and the employee pushed the rotor over with their hand rather than using a board or steel bar and EE's glove got caught between the rotor and housing. This caused a cut to EE's right thumb requiring 6 stitches.
