Narrative

Employee was installing a ""tilt out"" bolt off of the miner in 13L section. A small piece of roof rock vibrated loose from the roof corner, while employee was drilling the hole. The rock fell striking the employee in the nose causing a laceration that was treated with 9 stitches. Employee did not miss any scheduled work as a result of this incident.
