Narrative

Employee was attempting to install a rib pin. The EE was struck by a rock in the back of the right leg and knee. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor. Miner proficiency was a factor.
