Employee was attempting to z drill. The EE tripped over one of the hoses for the z drill, lost balance and fell down. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
