Employee was tramming a scoop. The EE was tramming scoop down entry when employee ran over roof strap causing a laceration on back of right shoulder. The cause of this incident was employee did not walk tram roads before operating scoop. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
