## Narrative

Employee was dismantling a piece of equipment on the floor of the shop, EE stuck the back of EE's hand on a nearby wooden pallet and received an 1 1/2"" long sliver in the back of EE's hand. Medical personnel cut the skin to push the sliver through to remove it.
