## Narrative

Two employees were troubleshooting pump on the new purge cyclone system in GR 3. When both employees were sprayed by hot liquor causing serve burns (1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns).  One employee received 11% burns to left upper chest and arm.  Other employee received 17% burn to right back and shoulder area, and neck.
