Narrative

Employee was bolting off the continuous mining machine. Just after EE placed a roof strap in the plank jack, a rock measuring approx. 65"" L x 30"" W x 12"" thick fell from the corner and struck EE in the shoulder area, knocking EE against the dust box of the miner.
