An unintentional roof fall occurred on the # 1 Retreat Mining Section, in the # 4 Entry, outby spad # 11898 covering up the Mobile Roof Supports (MRS). The affected area was dangered off. MSHA and WVMHST agencies were notified and have been on site to examine the area. A MRS retrieval plan has been submitted and implemented. No injuries or entrapments resulted from this incident.
