Narrative

Driver drifted forward to make more room for another truck loading, leaned on driver's door to realize it wasn't latched. Driver fell out of truck without applying parking brakes, then the truck ran away down the hill to hit a berm and land in a run off ditch. Driver has no major injuries after going to hospital. Truck towed back to our terminal to perform repairs on truck/trailer.
