## Narrative

EE states was in the process of kneeling down on left knee while working on dragline shoe and knee popped. EE reported to on-site clinic with pain and swelling behind knee. EE was seen by orthopedic institute on 5/31, given restrictions which cannot be accommodated. EE will be out of work until further notice.
