## Narrative

Employee was in the process of training the belt conveyor, using a pry bar for cleaning around bearing bolts, pry bar slipped between the belt and the tail pulley ""belt was running"" this caused the pry bar to push the employee's hand against the conveyor frame resulting in a cut to the right pinky finger, requiring 2 stitches.
