Narrative

Employee was attempting to load supplies on the scoop. The EE was handling roof straps and when EE lifted them onto shoulder EE felt pain in the shoulder. The cause of this incident was improper body mechanics. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
