Narrative

EE was operating a Porta Batch Machine for a company, Lhoist, with whom we have a contract on the Nutrien Mine site in Aurora, NC. During the operation, EE saw a bubble forming in the rubber hose and went to change it out. The hose burst & the lime mixture struck EE in the face/eyes.
