## Narrative

An unplanned roof fall was discovered along Main West Haulage at 29 block between the track and belt entries.  The approximate dimensions of the fall are 60' long x 14' wide x and 8' above the coal seam.  The fall was most likely caused by gradual deterioration of the mine roof. No problems with mining machines, PPE, training or compliance issues.
