EE was removing bolts from hinges, EE wasn't aware one of the pins was missing from hinges. caused the grill 102 lbs to fall striking tech on left foot behind steel toe portion of boot. At the time, they felt fine the incident was considered a near miss. next day employee had bruising and called WP for assistance.
