Narrative

Employee had a hand on the canopy of the shuttle car and the other hand holding a roof bolt plate while talking to the operator of the shuttle car. The operator started to pull away and employee allegedly felt a ""shock"". Employee continued to work for approximately 30 minutes after the incident at which time they started experiencing shortness of breath and sweating.
