Employee was installing a 988 torque and was standing on the mounts for the Transmission installing the mount bolts when EE slipped and fell on EE's Stomach. NOTE: Employee didn't have time missed until 7/8/2024. EE had surgery on 7/8/2024 to repair a hernia.
